Get ready — on September 27, 2025, Riga transforms into the playground for one of the most fun and wild race concepts out there: Riga Beer Mile 2025 × NURME. This isn’t your typical road race — it’s part athletic challenge, part beer fest, all chaos (in a good way).
What Is the Beer Mile?
For those not already in the know: the Beer Mile is a quirky endurance race format where participants run a distance of one mile (≈ 1.6 km), but must also drink four beers (or non-alcoholic alternatives) spaced out between the laps. The rules are simple but demanding:

Run a lap, drink a beer → repeat 4 times

Finish all four laps and beers to cross the line

You can compete solo or in teams (splitting laps among team members)
It’s a test of speed, stamina, and composure — not to mention gut capacity!
